Long day. Tuesdays always are. The free availability of Christmas chocolate around the office is ramping up.
Received an updated plan from Kirsty at Optimise Nutrition and I am probably eating too few calories and a little more animal fat that is recommended. I will adjust over the coming weeks.
Weight 94.6kg. I am aware weight is a potentially useless number to watch if you watch it for the wrong reasons.
