Day 72 - Done
Food was good today.
As you can see from above, I experimented with dextrose and protein straight after my workout. This was a hark back to my SGX days and I wanted to see what it did to my ketones later in the day. Ketones were 0.5. They have been low this week and I suspect that this is down to the carb food I had last week. Mild ketosis. I will take that.
Tomorrow is my birthday. Tomorrow I am having a donar kebab (no bread). This weekend I am having a pizza (lots of bread).
I’m 50/50 about which direction to go with nutrition. I think I may just switch back to a standard issue diet but stay tracking my food.
I managed 90 press-ups today.
