Day 44 done.

A quick post today. Time is short if I want to get my 9 hours of sleep in.

Weight is heading in the right direction and it looks like my bodies glycogen and water stores are getting back to their post Christmas state!…

I think this weekend I will look at today and yesterdays food and base next weeks off that as between that and the training something is clearly working.

In other news (or lols) I managed to squat 71kg for 8 reps. Laughable compared to a few years ago, but to be fair you use it, or you lose it.

Run felt very sluggish today. I did have the rain in my face for a while and that was nice …
