Day 41 - Done
An early post today as I take in the last few hours of Christmas holiday.
DOM’s in my legs have been quite bad today.
Food was all done very nicely. The hunger has subsided back to normal levels and so my food was all on target.
I’ve devised my own programming for barbell work. 5/3/1 was not going to help me much right now as I am right back at the start and so I need the linear progression cycle of something like starting strength, but I can only give up 30 mins per morning. When I have more time and I’ve tested it for a few weeks I may write something about it.
