Day 25 - Done
I am one quarter through the 100-day commitment. The mindset of repeating the same day is working.
I was out and about all of today, but I managed to plan it well and I’ve ended up in on target with macros but a little over calories.
I am thinking more about running than I was before. I think I am going to get back into that as there are some super easy wins to be had to get to and from work if I incorporate running.
